Bishop Brennetta C. Williams
Bishop Bren Williams

Reverend Dr. Brennetta C. Williams is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Impact Worship Center International located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Impact Worship Center is a church on a mission with a vision to impact lives for victorious living through Christ.


Dr. Williams received her undergraduate studies degree in Business Management from Old
Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After achieving her Bachelor of Science degree, she
earned a Master of Divinity from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Williams earned her Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Her professional background included marketing for several leading pharmaceutical companies. She was dedicated in providing education and community services to those affected and infected with HIV/AIDS. The experience was instrumental in sensitizing her to the suffering of others.


Dr. Williams answered the call to the gospel ministry and was licensed in 2003 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She has served as an Associate Minister, Adjutant, Director of Prayer Ministries and in various  capacities of ministering to congregational spiritual needs. Dr. Williams has been blessed to minister locally, nationally and internationally. Her passion for foreign missions has opened doors to serve on multiple Africa crusade teams. Some of the areas of ministry have included Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Cape Town, Durban, Soweto, Mauritius, Pretoria and Johannesburg, South Africa. She recently led an Operation Impact Missions and Ministry Team to Nairobi, Kenya.


Dr. Williams is affiliated with the Worship Center Worldwide Fellowship of Churches. She was
ordained and consecrated as a Bishop under the spiritual covering of Bishop Millicent Hunter. She serves as an evangelist, conference speaker, teacher and community advocate dedicated to faithfully serving others. Her greatest desire is working in the Kingdom of God to see lives renewed, restored and revived. Dr. Williams has hosted several Destined2Impact Empowerment Conferences at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.


Reverend Dr. Brennetta Williams is the visionary and CEO of Positive Impact Outreach, Inc. This
non-profit organization is dedicated to positively impacting lives of the elderly, women and the
disenfranchised in need. Additionally, she is the CEO of Ragwood Enterprises, LLC, a real estate management company. Dr. Williams is the recipient of numerous community service awards and recognitions. Some of those awards include the MLK Missions and Ministry Award, Women of the Word and the 2020 African American Creative Community Award.

 

Dr. Williams has released an empowerment book entitled, Breaking Forth 2 Destiny. She is a native of South Boston, Virginia, and currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia, with her husband, Floyd, and daughter, Morgan.
